Our story

It all started in 2013 with a food trailer. We traveled throughout New England, attending Music Festivals, BBQ Competitions and other events. After winning the award for best food at the Fryeburg Fair in 2016, the Cooking Channel approached us, about filming an episode for the show Carnival Eats.

The most common question at all the events was "where is your restaurant?" After a couple years of researching the idea, we opened "Road Hawg BBQ Swine Dining" in Gorham, NH.

"We popped in here on our way home just as the game was starting. It smelled as good as you�d hope it would! We were greeted by a very friendly staff and got to sit right at the bar! The food and drinks were pretty good. I loved the shrimp app and an a big fan of thin cut fries,so I was happy! "Wow! What a Meal we just had at the Road Hawg BBQ Swine Dining. Home run from start to finish. The Monzerella Sticks more like baseball bats delicious. The Cornbread was Great. The Pig Pile in Paridise was worth the 4hr ride alone. The Cheese Burger was Delicious. The Fried Chicken was Fantastic almost forgot I was up north. The dessert was a Bread pudding that was out of this world and must have if your in the area all in all this place gets a 10 out of 10. The Food was Fantastic and the staff was even better never been treated so well at a restaurant before, highly recommended."
